Registration

The group leader must fill out the online registration form with details of all team members. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable. Each student can participate in only one team.

Guidelines

Read this before you commit a problem statement — it covers eligibility, conduct, and submission format.

01Eligibility

  • Open to all currently enrolled college / university students
  • Teams of 3–5 members, cross-branch and cross-year teams welcome
  • Each participant may be part of only one team
  • If your team requires a mentor, please contact us. We will arrange a mentor to assist and guide your team throughout the event.

02Code of Conduct

  • Be respectful to organizers and fellow participants
  • All submitted work must be original and built during the event window
  • Use of AI tools is allowed, but must be disclosed in your submission
  • Plagiarism or reused prior projects lead to disqualification
  • Jury and organizing committee decisions are final

03Submission Format

  • Qualifier Round: idea document / deck outlining problem fit and approach
  • Final Showdown: working prototype with a live demo for the jury

04On the Day

  • Bring a laptop, charger, and college ID card
  • All hardware should be brought by the team itself — it will not be provided
  • Arrive during the 08:00 AM – 08:15 AM registration window
  • Starter kit and seat allocation happen at check-in
  • Lunch and refreshments are provided through the round
